Because I’m worth it

Tired Light

on 27 November 2009

There is not once but twice a light that refuses to go out, except on Tuesdays, when it has a rest. It’s tired. It wants to rest more often.

In 1915, Graham Golden invented a ‘light resting device’ that consisted of a rubber glove on the end of a stick. It wasn’t a huge success.

Then something else happened. Let’s say that a hairy woman threw some frogs at a fence. It wasn’t that, but let’s say it was.

Unfortunately, the frog incident had literally no effect on the tired light, whatsoever.
