The Man, The Legend: David Burley
David Charles Burley was born in Warrington, Cheshire in 1976. Over the last 30 years he has become a local hero and a true renaissance man. His many talents have included goalkeeper, singer-songwriter, football manager, wrestling expert and radio DJ. Dave is known to some as Bob, to others as Bobby B and to yet more simply Dave. He is also my friend. It is my pleasure to document just a small selection of his genius.

Legends – The White Hart, Warrington, has an upstairs room for live music. Its walls are decorated with photographs of musical legends.. but who’s that there with them?
Bobby B Introduces Black Manalishi – Again in the White Hart. This was the location of Daves 30th birthday party. Local band Black Manalishi made a special guest appearance and Dave introduced them. This is what happened.
