I’ve finally caught up and am actually writing “Post From The Past” in the month that I’m supposed to. In my haste to catch up, I’ve kind of stopped explaining what PFTP is about (even though it’s probably pretty self evident). The general gist is that I do a countdown of the best (well actually it’s all) posts from this month, except a year ago. Or something. At some point I forgot to add the disclaimer which succintly sums up my motives:
Disclaimer – This is an extremely self-indulgent feature and is a cynical attempt to recycle stuff that I have written in the past in the vain hope that someone will actually read them. Please feel free to slag off “Post From The Past” to your hearts content.

4. Post From The Past – May 2007 - There is a danger that mentioning this post could result in the universe collapsing in on itself – is it same to mention a Post From The Past in Post From The Past? I’ll guess we’ll soon find out. This post marks the real beginning of my self loathing.
3. My Art – Bored In a Meeting - A devastating piece of work, illustrating with great gusto the futility of the modern workplace.
2. Happy Birthday to Sher-bee (me) - Nobody who was at the Sherby57 birthday bash last year will ever forget the carnage. New bonds were forged that day – and as many lives destroyed. And the party bags were immense.
1. Bit of a Dark Rug – A Poem - One of the burdens of the modern world is the trauma of having a slightly dark rug. This poem got really inside the issue and changed quite a few opinions in parliament. Is it any coincidence that the “Incrementally Darkened Floor Coverings Bill” was passed within weeks of the publication of this post? Truly life changing.
